We log every application for you on a shared Google Sheet. You see the job title, the company, and the application number for each one. You get full access and can watch the applications go in live. You also get a shared inbox where interview invites land, so nothing slips through.
Once you order, we send you a few quick questions. We ask what jobs you want and the info we need to fill out your applications. You send that back with your resume. Then we set up your tracker and shared inbox and start applying to jobs for you.
Almost every application sends you an email confirmation, the same way you would get if you applied on your own. You also see each one logged in your tracker with the job title, company, and date. Between the confirmations and the tracker, you watch the work happen in real time.
Full job applications. By default we fill out the long Workday style forms, not the quick EasyApply ones. Full applications get you a higher interview rate. We only use EasyApply if you ask us to, or if we need it to hit your volume.
